SUMMARY

Dr. Elisha Ogada is a seasoned academic, consultant, and development evaluation expert with over 20 years of professional experience in applied mathematics, statistics, curriculum design, and organizational development. He is currently based at Egerton University, where he serves as Deputy Director of Quality Assurance and a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics.

Dr. Ogada has supervised and examined a number Master's and PhD theses, particularly in: Applied and Pure Mathematics; Mathematical Modeling-Dynamical Systems; Gender and Development Studies. In addition, he has authored and co-authored over a dozen peer-reviewed publications in fields including: Image Denoising and Mathematical Modeling; Super-resolution Techniques in Image Processing; Gender-responsive Evaluation Models; Differential Equations and Dynamical Systems.

On matters of consultancy, Dr. Ogada has a strong track record in conducting high-level evaluations, gender-focused research, and capacity building. His areas of expertise span across Image Analysis and Mathematical Modelling Studies, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Development Planning and Evaluation, and Gender Mainstreaming and Analysis. His work has supported various institutions including Oxfam, World Bank, Trocaire, CARE International, UN agencies, and multiple government bodies in Kenya.
